Just walked out of here after having made a reservation for a 10×15 online. Ben was great, he showed me units on several floors and I was able to change my selection to a 10×10 that was a better fit for me and my stuff and I was able to save some money in the process. I was done in 30 minutes. He was really helpful to all the customers that were on site at the time as well and started following up with them immediately after he helped me.

The service was amazing!! Puna made my experience here incredible. The help that I needed from her was amazing. She is kind with a sense of humor that can make people come around to like this place. 10/10 service and for sure one of the best places I trust with my stuff. A lock with one key as to where we are reliable for our stuff and other people can’t get in because it’s only one key. Which is amazing in its own way. She also makes me feel like family and I know that my property is safe in this place. I will definitely be coming back again when the elevator is up and running because that is a major downfall but other than that a great place to hold all my belongs even if we have to make a two minute detour to a different door but either way we are getting there.

I needed a unit. went online found one yes far away but i need a climate control. well did everything on line. went in person met with a good upfront ladie named Puna, she was patient with me, because im using a walker for now she explained everything to me, showed me my unit. prices are ok. she even called me to make sure i was ok with my injury and if i needed help she would have someone help me. thats a great customer service with a smile. plus thats my holo holo once a week. only thing my unit has the pillar inside. she said she could gdt another one. right now mo need. i will get one later if need mahalo nui Puna for all your help for my unit and making new friends
