You can sign up for worry-free automatic billing with SecureSpace. Payments will be automatically drafted the first day of each month using the credit card you have on file. Don’t worry, we’ll remind you via email before each payment and you can cancel at any time. Or if you've set up an account already, just log in and click on "Auto-Pay" on the left side menu. Fill out your credit card information and click on the yellow "Update Auto-Pay" button.
Yes, you can cancel at any time online or in store. If you've already set up an online account, just log in and click on "Auto-Pay" on the left side menu. Then click on the grey "Cancel Auto-Pay" button. Please note that it can take up to 10 days for the cancellation to process so please cancel at least 10 days prior to your next billing due date. If a charge appears on your bank/credit card statement, please contact us and the credit card issuer immediately.
You can update your current credit card payment method via the online account portal or in store. If you've never set up your online account, register in two easy steps here (you'll need your unit # and gate access code). Or if you've set up an account already, just log in and click on "Auto-Pay" on the left side menu. Replace your credit card information and click on the yellow "Update Auto-Pay" button. Please note that changes can take up to 10 days to process so please update at least 10 days prior to your next billing due date.
