I had an excellent experience at this facility! The hour's of operation are way better here than Extra Space Storage...they were ripping me off!!! The prices kept going up, and the hour's of operation were terrible. It's very clean, and neat over here at SECURESPACE STORAGE. The manager Shanice was very well informed about this site. She made my experience here perfect. I'm letting my family, and friends know about this location. The excellent service from Shanice made this a great choice.

OMG! Where do I start. Shanice customer service is A1 from the time I walked into the door. She is very knowledgeable of the unit sizes to help me make the right decision. Moving across country is already stressful. I am so happy she was able to help me with the correct storage size for all of my belongings. She was spot on! Someone give her a raise. What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your contract at any time by contacting a SecureSpace team member at your location. If you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, the service will remain active until the end of the cycle, and no further charges will be made. We do ask that if you are moving out, you give us at least 10 days notice before the end of the current month's rental period, as stated in the rental agreement. How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days if refunding to a credit card. If you are expecting a refund by check, please note that it may take up to three weeks to receive the check by mail.
