Kim W. went above and beyond to make us feel welcome during our unloading of a U-Haul. She brought us water and offered for us to come into the office/reception area to cool off a bit. We had two toddlers so this was so refreshing. I also witnessed Kim take a bag of ice to a gentleman who had injured his hand while he was loading his furniture. This is what customer service should be and we can’t thank Kim enough for being a rock star in that department!
