  I had a great experience at Secure Space. Brad helped my mom and I with all the steps in the process. It did not take long, he made sure that we liked our unit, and he helped us test out the gate code and storage lock. Their customer service is friendly and helpful.   When searching for a storage unit, we came upon “Secure Space!” The location is perfect with easy access, on & off the fwy. (also it was immediately available with choices of size and best price to meet our needs)! The staff, (Leo & Kevin) were exceptionally great, very professional while at the same time, concerned to meet all of our needs~~~assisting, listening & attentive to every detail!!! We are very happy that we found this “Secure Storage” and would definitely give them a 10+

  Dear SecureSpace, Renting with you guys has been such a good experience. I am pleased to say that the location convenient and clean! But what makes renting here five stars is overall CUSTOMER SERVICE.   I was the primary manager of our charity's storage unit that we rented for a few months this year from SecureSpace Self Storage. Its pluses: * It is well-priced in comparison to other storage facilities in the area. * It has easy access from the two loading docks at the backside of the facility. * It is well-lit both inside and at the loading docks at night. * There are even a limited number of storage units available for those with disabilities. * Both Jake and Lateafa provided excellent service through the entire process of leasing our original storage unit, changing out to a larger unit, and checking out. Things to be aware of: * Renters or a Tenant Protection Plan is required at the time of signing the contract. It's insurance for the added protection of your items. It's a nominal amount in addition to your monthly rent. * The units here at SecureSpace Self Storage use a specific cylindrical lock, rather than a padlock or combination lock. I don't know the name of this type of lock offhand, but SecureSpace does sell these locks for about $10 at the time you lease out a unit (or you can get it from your local hardware store as well). Overall, I was happy with our experience at SecureSpace Self Storage. We ended up releasing our unit because of our charity's budget for storage units (nothing at all to do with the facility itself), so we would not hesitate to lease out another unit here in the future. I will also mention that at the time we checked out, Lateafa mentioned to me that the ongoing construction at this storage facility is to add additional storage units on the second floor, so there will be more available units coming soon.

  This was for my daughter's dorm room/college overflow storage. The storage is clean, well-lighted, and climate controlled which, for her, was a must for her vinyl (yes, you read that right a 21-year-old that has vinyl). It was the perfect size and the ability to get in after hours was great, too. When she goes for her master's we will, for sure, be looking to use SecureSpace for her storage needs.

  SecureSpace Storage was wonderful. Great service and the stuff I stored was always safe. The security set up there won’t leave you worried at all. While moving my stuff out; Leo made the process smooth and easy. He even brought out waters for me and my friend! Which was perfect because we’ were getting thirsty.   This facility is clean and well run. Lateafa, in the office, is especially helpful. Inside storage with air conditioning makes working in the locker SO MUCH NICER. Sometimes I have had to wait for a cart, but usually there are plenty.
