Good storage unit, I checked in with John, and he was nice and he was efficient getting me set up. The next day, the building had an elevator issue. Initially very frustrating but worked with Mark and he helped mitigate the problem. He followed up later and help resolve the problem and added some extra help with a bulky item that I needed to get my truck empty and back to the rental yard. Unexpected type of kind help but very much appreciated.
