Let me start by saying Isai is a wonderful employee my husband and I went there to look at some units and prices and Isai was amazing had good customer service and was very patient with us explain every detail to us show us some units and even offer cold water with this heat. We ended up getting a unit thanks to Isai facility was very clean and also the bathroom

Came here the other day inquire about storage rental. I ended up speaking with the Assistant Manger Jesse who was informative and really professional. Jesse was real patient with me since this is my first time renting a unit and I had a lot of questions. He also ended up asking me questions so he can better find a unit that fit my needs. On top of that he took me on a tour of the property and to look at a few units. I was impressed how clean bright and safe the property is. I ended up renting a unit that Jesse recommend and it worked out perfectly.

It’s a great new location. At the day I was three, all carts were taken. They use insert locks, no hanging locks. I like that they have restricted hours. I've got a scam call recently, possibility that personal information may be leaking to call center scammers somehow. The next day after I sent them an email with my insurance information, I received a scam call based on that insurance information. Don't trust unexpected phone calls.
