I made the reservation for the unit online which is way cheaper than going in person and seconds later customer service called me to see if I had any question. The employee by the name of CODY was super helpful and professional and within a few minutes I was done and ready to move in my unit. Highly recommend. When I went to the facility I met with SANDRA and ALONZO and both were very professional and courteous. I was shown the unit and all the paperwork was done with in a few minutes
