I was so impressed with the whole process as this is my first time renting a storage unit. I was helped by Treasure who was so friendly! She walked us to our unit, showed us how to work the lock and how to use our code. We had a cart to load our stuff and take it upstairs by elevator. The building had air conditioning which was much appreciated on this hot day. And the building was super clean! I would highly recommend them!

What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your contract at any time by contacting a SecureSpace team member at your location. If you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, the service will remain active until the end of the cycle, and no further charges will be made. We do ask that if you are moving out, you give us at least 10 days notice before the end of the current month's rental period, as stated in the rental agreement. How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days if refunding to a credit card.
