Absolutely amazing customer service, and it was so quick and easy. Michelle was an absolute delight. Michelle answered all my questions, was prompt and ready to show us a unit that met all our needs. Michelle gave us a tour of the facility, which is stunning, and detailed all the promos and features that were available at that moment. UPDATE 07/16/24: After some back-and-forth with corporate, I finally spoke with Michelle at the West Seattle facility. She was extremely kind and empathetic to the situation, and she worked with corporate to have the rental increase removed. Thank you for your time and consideration, Michelle. Greatly appreciated. BUYER BEWARE! I rented a storage unit from Securespace Storage, and after only six months, they increased my rent by nearly $100 a month--from $319 to $414.70--resulting in a yearly increase of $1,148. This substantial hike is shocking and unacceptable, especially given the short duration of my tenancy. Since receiving the notice, I've had multiple conversations with different representatives. One rep assured me he would file a request with corporate to have the increase removed. To make matters worse, the conversation with the manager of the West Seattle facility, Nick, was the most unprofessional experience I've ever had. The manager yelled and talked over me, showing no understanding or empathy for how upsetting this sudden, steep increase is. This morning, I called to check on the status of my account and was told they were not going to renew my lease. I have not received written notice of such, and my situation is still unresolved. Washington state lacks consumer protections against such unscrupulous rental increases in the storage industry. This situation underscores the urgent need for regulation and consumer protection in the storage rental market. Be cautious if you consider moving your belongings here. They only offer month-to-month rentals and appear to raise rents arbitrarily and significantly. Think twice before entrusting your items to Securespace Storage.

We are very happy with our move to Secure Space in West Seattle. This place is clean and protected and the staff are very efficient and really care about the customers. The only improvement I see needed is for the company to make the driveway entrance better. It’s dangerous with the bike path crossing it. Paint signs and trimming back all of the overgrown trees.
