Very easy process. Unfortunately my online reservation was not able to be found in store, but the lady at the counter did the best she could to get close to the quoted price. If you have an RV, they offer cleaning facilities that you can access with a credit card. The covered parking area is clean. Large gate for easy access. Helpful staff. Be prepared to pay an admin fee. I assume the entire administration fee is paid to the person at the counter as they have gone out of the way to completely understand the contract and educated me on the details of the contract. So far I have no complaints. I see in other reviews that this company has aggressive price hikes and I assume this is correct as it's a company owned by greedy share holders. If this is the situation then they will continue to have a low retention rate and I'll move on to a new facility. If lucky I'll find a locally owned storage facility to keep the money local. Unfortunately I was in a pinch and didn't have a choice but to us this larger facility.

What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your contract at any time by contacting a SecureSpace team member at your location. If you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, the service will remain active until the end of the cycle, and no further charges will be made. We do ask that if you are moving out, you give us at least 10 days notice before the end of the current month's rental period, as stated in the rental agreement. For detailed information, please refer to our cancellation policy in your lease.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days if refunding to a credit card. If you are expecting a refund by check, please note that it may take up to three weeks to receive the check by mail.
