Been out there 3-4 times - rented a second unit - Kim goes way beyond just doing her job. At one point the phone rings, 3 people besides me and she took care of everything. She should be a manager!!!

I had a store vehicle here for the past year and it was a great experience. The access was always super easy as well as one day, I left my storage door open and they called me not long after I left. The Vehicle stored here is for my work so I was in and out almost every day. This facility is great & the staff was super easy to work with.

What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your contract at any time by contacting a SecureSpace team member at your location. If you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, the service will remain active until the end of the cycle, and no further charges will be made. We do ask that if you are moving out, you give us at least 10 days notice before the end of the current month's rental period, as stated in the rental agreement. For detailed information, please refer to our cancellation policy in your lease.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days if refunding to a credit card. If you are expecting a refund by check, please note that it may take up to three weeks to receive the check by mail. If you do not receive your refund within the expected period, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
