Fantastic, Miguel who signed me up for my 10 x 20 made it EZ as 123. All the units he showed me were immaculate and clean as was the entire facility & surrounding grounds. If I still had my RV I would have had no problem parking it there as well. One last thing.......... the prices across the board were great. Go see for yourself. THX Secure Space

I need to move out of my unit. How much notice do I need to give to ensure that I do not get charged for an extra month?

What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your contract at any time by contacting a SecureSpace team member at your location. If you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, the service will remain active until the end of the cycle, and no further charges will be made. We do ask that if you are moving out, you give us at least 10 days notice before the end of the current month's rental period, as stated in the rental agreement. For detailed information, please refer to our cancellation policy in your lease.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days if refunding to a credit card. If you are expecting a refund by check, please note that it may take up to three weeks to receive the check by mail. If you do not receive your refund within the expected period, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
