This is a very nice facility that is well maintained and very clean. The hours of access are reasonable, and the site Manager Jessica does a great job. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to how the units are measured, which is of no fault to the employees there. Apparently, it is common practice in the storage unit industry for the units to not be true to size, and all sizes are "approximate". I find this perfectly reasonable if "approximate" was a few inches in either direction, but in this instance, we're talking feet. I am renting a 10x12.5 unit, but the unit measures 9x11.5, and has additional encroachment from a fire room since it was an end unit, bring the total square feet to ~95 vs the expected ~125. I spoke with Jessica who agreed to move me to another unit, which measures 9.5'x11.5', bumping the square footage up to ~110 which is more reasonable. Again, she was very helpful, I put the blame on corporate and the way they built and advertise the units. It is by no means a deal breaker, but is something to be aware of if considering this facility.

I chose SecureSpace storage initially for its already high rating of 4.8 and for their discount they had going on as I didn’t need a storage unit for more than a month or two and didn’t want to pay a ton. I had the pleasure of receiving help from Jessica, whom I believe she said was the manager and she was absolutely amazing. She was so sweet, personable, and helped me in every way she possibly could to make sure I was getting the best deal.
