Camarillo personnel, Shontel and Steve were great in assisting with my move in. I’m just kind of disappointed, not with them, but with the company policy of any changes in registration prior to move in has to be made by corporate office. I signed up for a unit online. When i visited the building/unit, i decided that a unit on the first floor would be better for me. I called the number on the website to get changed but it was call center person who o spoke with that didn’t have the capability of making the change. I discussed the change i want to make with Shontel prior to moving in but was told that the request has to be made and submitted to the corporate office for this to happen. I have not moved in at that point. I wanted to pay a little extra to be on the first floor. Why is it so complicated to do this? I ended up settling for the unit on the second floor.

I initially reserved a 7X13 on-line and with Shantel who informed me to complete the lease on-line immediately as someone else wanted the 7X13. I spent time trying to complete on-line and learned today 1-week later from "Lester" the space was not eligible to complete on-line. As I am moving my brothers furniture in Camarillo, and I reside in San Diego County I could not complete the process on-site until I arrive for moving day 4/20. I was able to finally secure a 10X10 space on line with Lester. He was both helpful and patient as he listened to my frustration at not learning of this limitation until now.

I had a great experience with customer service Steve was very helpful he had to come find me two different times to help me get to my storage so that would be my only recommendation is to have some kind of map on the walls where you can see where you need to go but overall five stars
