  I rarely leave reviews, but Caitlin at Storequest Camarillo absolutely deserves recognition. From day one, she has been nothing but professional, compassionate, and incredibly helpful. I originally planned to use this storage unit temporarily while I looked for something more affordable—but Caitlin is the reason I stayed. Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care made me feel valued and at ease. She goes above and beyond for customers, and that kind of service is rare to find. Honestly, give this woman a raise—she’s the reason people stay, and you don’t want to lose her. Thank you, Caitlin, for making what could have been a stressful experience such a positive one.   Haven't been to the facility in person yet, but the reservation process at least was so-so. Kind of long and drawn out and I took notice of the fact that they accept your payment BEFORE you fill out your lease or the in depth paperwork stuff specifically ID verification. So for example. If you don't have ID, you'd pay for the unit, and then find out your can't get the unit..... what happens then? Just a potential issue I can forsee occurring. Besides the length though, it was pretty convenient. Like I was able to do the whole process while lying in my bed! 🙂

  Reviews SecureSpace Despite some initial miscommunication between myself and them, these folks went decidedly above and beyond the responsibilities to their customers as a normal crew of employees. Kevin was especially helpful, both to me and to his trainee, to whom he was explaining the company methods as we filled out all of the paperwork. The paperwork was succinct and simple to understand, and was presented in such a way as to make the whole thing easy. The only criticism I have to offer is the layout of the building. Yes, building. It is two stories of storage lockers arranged in an absolutely inscrutable maze. Even the relatively new employee could not find my space or even the elevators. Granted she’s new, but still….. There are no maps provided, neither given to the customer, posted on the walls, or given to the employees. They were very helpful about this though. But my locker was close to the very spacious utility elevators (or whatever they’re called), and if yours is in middle somewhere you’ll need Daedulus (kind of an inside joke) to help you out. They are relatively new there, so they just need to print some maps or something. Otherwise, this place is like the Four Seasons of storage . Everything is climate controlled and carpeted and clean. I highly recommend this place. Talk to Kevin. Great guy.

  I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Secure Self-Space Storage in Camarillo! The staff here is top-notch, and Kevin truly stands out. He goes above and beyond what you’d typically expect from a property manager, always making sure everything is running smoothly and secure, while always having a positive attitude. You’ll often see him walking around, checking on the property inside and outside- giving you complete peace of mind that your belongings are safe. Kevin’s dedication and attention to detail are unmatched, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about the people who rent here. This facility is also really large and can accommodate any type of storage unit you might need, whether for short-term or long-term use. It’s so much more upscale and well-maintained than a typical storage facility—truly more than you’d expect. This is my second time renting a unit here because of how satisfied I was the first time. On top of the exceptional service, the prices are absolutely worth it for the quality and security you get. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable, safe, and professional storage!

  Thank you Brad for giving us an awesome experience renting storage units. As stressful as our situation has been with moving and having to transfer to another storage unit within months, he was able to make the process quick and smooth! Not only did he take into consideration our needs that we expressed - easy access storage close to our old storage (to be able to easily transfer our items), but he also made sure the new storage was the right size for what we had remaining. The price for renting a storage unit here is affordable and the customer service is excellent! We appreciated the small but generous and kind gesture of cold bottled waters offered to us, which was very thoughtful especially during the hot days and moving. Highly recommend!

  Found them online, reserved and rented the space online within 15 minutes. Process was simple and straightforward. When I went in the next day, Brian explained how the rental worked, took me to the unit and showed me the lock, the best place to park to load/unload, and answered any questions. This was the quickest, most painless sale process I've ever been through, and the unit was exactly what I needed.

  I'm glad I chose SecureSpace for my storage needs. The building feels very secure and the extended access hours are very helpful so you don't feel like you have to rush. I like the wide variety of unit sizes and that it is clean. The starting process was very satisfactory. Brad and Kevin were very helpful and informative during the process.   OK, this is several weeks overdue, Sorry for my delay Secure Storage, but mostly to Brad the assistant manager he’s the one that I talked to on the phone before I went in person and the one who helped me in person as well First, I’m gonna talk about Brad the assistant manager. I’ve seen his name mentioned by other reviewers on yelp in Google beforehand so I knew Customer Service was great from other reviewers, but I didn’t realize how great until I experienced it. Brad is the best as it gets any company would be lucky to have him secure. Storage is fortunate to have him on their team Camarillo Store is fortunate and we are lucky as customers to have someone like Brad. He’s the nicest, friendly, genuine authentically cares. And when I talk to him on the phone, he was really warm and friendly and professional, and he was also this way in person And honestly, I just felt lucky that he was the one I was dealing with. We’ve all had experiences in different businesses in different industries or the Customer Service is MEH or it can be bad like transactional check collector mentality, but you won’t feel that way at secure storage in Camarillo because of Brad, I saw reviews on Kevin as well, but I didn’t meet him because he was off of work. Anyways, I’m just super glad that I was fortunate to find secure storage and Brad is part of the management team. He goes above and beyond and anything you ask him whether it’s a question or to do something he has a can do positive energy and an attitude and that just makes you feel valued, and Like hey this person really cares about me as a customer The facility itself is really nice. It’s huge which I think is awesome. It has elevators that are large and the access hours are great and it’s very clean. Well lit you. Feel safe when you go there and I feel the pricing is competitive also. Anyways, if you’re in the market, oh I almost forgot they have a wide variety of storage unit sizes. I’m glad I found them. Do Yourself a favor and check them out and give Brad individual kudos. Give him a raise if he’s interested in being promoted put him on that track. It’s always great to have someone at a company that really has a can do positive and really cares to take care of the customer. Thank you very much
