We just found this perfect storage facility for our RV. It's brand new, roofed, paved, and, above all, in Palm Springs. We had ours at DHS, but due to the weather, we sometimes had trouble picking it up or dropping it off because the access roads were blocked. Many thanks to Jimmy, who guided us and helped us through the process in a friendly and professional manner. Highly recommended, we are happy!!

What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your contract at any time by contacting a SecureSpace team member at your location. If you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, the service will remain active until the end of the cycle, and no further charges will be made. We do ask that if you are moving out, you give us at least 10 days notice before the end of the current month's rental period, as stated in the rental agreement. For detailed information, please refer to our cancellation policy in your lease.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days if refunding to a credit card. If you are expecting a refund by check, please note that it may take up to three weeks to receive the check by mail. If you do not receive your refund within the expected period, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
