What a wonderful facility and manager! Kelly is so welcoming and always around making sure everything is going smoothly for your move-in. Our stuff feels really secure and I love that it's climate controlled. Only downside is there isn't a covered/indoor space to unload/load. Being on the north end it means it can be REALLY windy, and in the summer it makes moving HOT.

This new location is state of the art and has the best front desk agent any place could have ever asked for. If it wasn't for kelly at the front desk and the amount of work he has put in I don't believe the place would be as good as it is now!

I cannot say enough good things about Troy and the service I received. He went completely out of his way after hours to help me with my storage unit situation when he easily could have called it a day. His professionalism, patience, and willingness to help made a stressful situation so much easier. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about customer service the way Troy does. He didn’t just do his job, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that I was taken care of as a customer.
