Jessica the Manager at this location is excellent. I had an issue with a unit, instead of ignoring it like the managers she preceded. She made my issue one of her priorities. I haven’t seen Management willing to go above and beyond to help a customer in a long time. Shes a keeper. Empathy is something we rarely experience from each other anymore. Jessica definitely knows her stuff and shows empathy. Thank you for you help again.. Yours Truly A very happy tenant.

My mother operates a nonprofit and is using this location for storage for the overflow of donations. She has since then expanded and bought a larger office to house her items. However, during this time, Jessica provided the most outstanding and memorable customer service. While we were dripping sweat in the middle of summer moving the items, she brought us icy cold waters to accommodate us during the move out. In addition she runs this location like a pro. What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your contract at any time by contacting a SecureSpace team member at your location. If you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, the service will remain active until the end of the cycle, and no further charges will be made. We do ask that if you are moving out, you give us at least 10 days notice before the end of the current month's rental period, as stated in the rental agreement. For detailed information, please refer to our cancellation policy in your lease.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days if refunding to a credit card. If you are expecting a refund by check, please note that it may take up to three weeks to receive the check by mail. If you do not receive your refund within the expected period, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
