From the beginning this place has it all. I stored my travel trailer here. They have a dump station complete with a place to wash your trailer. And potable water. Overall had a good experience here.

The sign up process is extremely efficient thanks to the website and then speaking with Nicholas in person. He took time to answer all my questions and was very welcoming. Everything was explained clearly and the facility is extremely clean and secure.

What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your contract at any time by contacting a SecureSpace team member at your location. If you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, the service will remain active until the end of the cycle, and no further charges will be made. We do ask that if you are moving out, you give us at least 10 days notice before the end of the current month's rental period, as stated in the rental agreement. For detailed information, please refer to our cancellation policy in your lease.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days if refunding to a credit card. If you are expecting a refund by check, please note that it may take up to three weeks to receive the check by mail. If you do not receive your refund within the expected period, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
