Very clean facility with convenient hours. Easy to enter and exit and I feel as though my belongings are safe and secure as the name suggests. Anthony was able to give me the rundown and set me up and in less than 20 minutes, I was putting things in my new unit. This is the first storage unit I have ever rented and the bar has been set high by their reasonable rates, professionalism, and cleanliness.

The customer service is amazing! I was greeted immediately after putting in the gate code and given a tour of the facilities. It's super clean and the location is awesome because it's tucked away a bit. 100% recommended. Price wasn't too bad either.

Nicholas is amazing. He is so knowledgeable and very personable. He took good care of everything I needed and I just felt comfortable as soon as I entered the office. He answered all the questions I had. I even felt like we’ve been friends for years after I secured my unit. The facility is super clean, well lit and I really feel safe coming here even after dark. The clean bathrooms are a plus to me. I will definitely recommend SecureSpace to anyone that needs a storage unit. Thank you Nicholas. I appreciate all your help.

The staff here is amazing! The entire team goes above and beyond to ensure that not only our personal belongings are safe their customers are as well! They make sure the bathrooms are cleaned and stock! And that’s a big one for our family! The property is always clean and quiet! One place I do feel safe going after dark and not worrying about anything happening! They resolve issues quickly and trust they know what is going on at all times! Thanks for being an awesome team and great place to store our items!

Excellent facility and staff. Initial rate is low. But, corporate raises rates about every 5 months. My first raise, the last time I was at this location, went up 80% after 5 months, 7 months later another 35%. Either prepay for a year before 5 months to lock the low rate or know the rates will rise dramatically and plan when to move out. The rate increase notice will come 3 days or less before the end of a month so you have 30 days notice but don't have time to move out before owning another (the last) month at the old rate.

So far, so good. Anthony and Nicholas made moving in exceptionally easy, especially when I realized I'd need a bigger unit. The facility is clean and gated. Carts are available to make the transfer of items much smoother. I understand they are working on a special rate for first responders, teachers, and military/veterans, so I'm looking forward to that implementation.

What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your contract at any time by contacting a SecureSpace team member at your location. If you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, the service will remain active until the end of the cycle, and no further charges will be made. We do ask that if you are moving out, you give us at least 10 days notice before the end of the current month's rental period, as stated in the rental agreement. For detailed information, please refer to our cancellation policy in your lease.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days if refunding to a credit card. If you are expecting a refund by check, please note that it may take up to three weeks to receive the check by mail. If you do not receive your refund within the expected period, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
