Great customer service. Don’t love how the rates double every 3 months and you have to move into another space or downgrade in size to get the same low price you signed up at, but it’s convenient, clean, well managed, and Nick was very helpful changing me into a smaller unit to get my monthly fees down. Still one of the best storage companies I’ve ever used. A good company and the fact that it’s inside and you’re not exposed to weather is a big plus.

Phenomenal staff! Security Security Security was stressed here, which is a great thing.The people here went above and beyond for me and it is very apparent they love their jobs. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a kind energy and I thought it was real awesome that everyone working there is into video games, anime, space, final fantasy, and of course Bubblegum Crisis. I'm going to enjoy renting a storage space here! You all should rent here too!

Nicholas and Anthony are extremely helpful. They go above and beyond to help out and are very patient professional and considerate!!! I think everyone should take Customer Service 101 from these two guys because they should be the idol for how Customer Service should be!! Simply amazing. The secure space storage facility is extremely clean and climate controlled, and no worry about anything, Since there are cameras and security everywhere! this place is legit if you want to store anything valuable. It is a perfect place to store items that need climate control very clean no spiders, no creepy crawlies unlike other storage facilities! The check-in process online with contactless check in was a breeze. Highly recommended A+++++ !!! 10 stars across-the-board thank you!!!

Nicholas is now like family!! So far our interactions have been so great, my mind is at ease know we are always well taken care of. The facility is well accessible and ease to navigate considering I’m handicapped. Nick always greets us and makes sure we are well taken care of. Highly recommended this space for all your storage needs.

What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your contract at any time by contacting a SecureSpace team member at your location. If you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, the service will remain active until the end of the cycle, and no further charges will be made. We do ask that if you are moving out, you give us at least 10 days notice before the end of the current month's rental period, as stated in the rental agreement. For detailed information, please refer to our cancellation policy in your lease.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days if refunding to a credit card. If you are expecting a refund by check, please note that it may take up to three weeks to receive the check by mail. If you do not receive your refund within the expected period, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
