Rep. Claire was the first person to actually listen, find info and help me up to a reps limits. I've gone to the Signal Hill CA location last week during open hours to find door locked others waiting over 1 hour with no recourse. I called but the previous rep said he could not help, only the site manger in person could help. Today your company should be proud of an employee like Claire who did an excellent job!

I’ve been renting a storage unit at SecureSpace Storage in Signal Hill since last year, and I recently rented another unit over the phone with Cody’s help. Cody was very professional, polite, and helpful. He made the whole process simple, smooth, and stress-free. He explained everything clearly and made getting the second unit very easy. Besides the great customer service, I’ve also been very happy with the facility itself. The storage units are very clean, well maintained, and professionally managed.
