We have been very happy during our years storing things at Secure Space in Clearwater. The staff members, in particular, are always excellent. Both Helen, the manager, and Jimmy, the assistant manager, have always done whatever they could to make us feel welcome and valued and to keep us happy. And the temperature control is excellent. We've had things there for 5+ years, and they NEVER show any signs of deterioration. Probably the only negative is that the floors and doors are ready for some repairs. I hope these are in the budget for 2025.

What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your contract at any time by contacting a SecureSpace team member at your location. If you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, the service will remain active until the end of the cycle, and no further charges will be made. We do ask that if you are moving out, you give us at least 10 days notice before the end of the current month's rental period, as stated in the rental agreement. For detailed information, please refer to our cancellation policy in your lease.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days if refunding to a credit card. If you are expecting a refund by check, please note that it may take up to three weeks to receive the check by mail. If you do not receive your refund within the expected period, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
