Like so many people in the Tampa Bay Area, I have “enjoyed the experience” of a hurricane two-step. But all clouds have silver linings - people come together to help with levels of kindness that far surpass day-to-day levels. An example of this is what I have found with my storage facility, long-time managed by Helen! When I escaped the state with Milton literally breathing down my neck, storm surge from the previous hurricane had left very little salvage. (What was salvageable, I had moved to my Whitney unit already.) This week, I flew back home from up north to assess and commence with post-Milton recovery. Alas, I left the keys to my unit lock up north. I stopped in the office and was greeted by a kind, familiar face - Helen 😊. After a warm conversational exchange about how we each fared in general, I explained my situation. She and her new assistant Jimmy kindly and expeditiously helped me solve the problem at hand, cutting off my old lock, getting a new lock in place, and handling all of the associated paperwork. No miss, no fuss. Yes, this can be categorized as a “business as usual” transaction. But these days, what is not as “business as usual” is the genuine caring shown by Helen. And that is one of the many reasons I have been a customer for around 15 years. Thank you Helen!!

My wife and I were extremely pleased with the people st Secure space. With the hurricanes it was almost impossible to get a place but they bent over backwards trying to make sure that I knew if something came up. They really came through. Their knowledgeable and extremely hardworking. I could only say the best things about them and I really appreciated all their help. If there's a way to help you they will. Best place to store for short or long term

1. Pricing is very affordable 2. Great availability of different sized units 3. Customer service is amazing. Friendly and helpful staff. The Managers really make sure you have the unit that will work next for you. Phone and in person, the Communication is #1!!!!

I honestly can't say enough about secure space self storage Clearwater Victor was amazing He put me at ease He walked me through getting in We just had a huge weather event catastrophe and he made me feel so much better He got me a unit right away I got in right away He was amazing Thank you so much I recommend highly

This is the best self storage I have ever experienced. I have dealt with my fair share of them as I have zig zagged across the country. Helen the property manager is tremendous. Extremely kind and helpful. Her employees are as well. We felt good storing our belongings here for the six months we were on the other side of the country. When we came back recently to move out. Everything was still perfect. This place is temperature controlled. Zero pests. Very important in Florida. Extremely clean inside and out on entire property. There is a concrete ramp leading up to automatic sliding doors for easy loading and unloading. They have a metal flatbed dolly on standby for free use. As well Secure Space has 24/7 customer service that were helpful and friendly when we needed them at a stressful time. Prices are competitive as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This is by far one of the cleanest storage units I have ever used. It is climate controlled (I had NO idea how important this was until I switched to this one), very secure (cameras everywhere) requiring a special code for each person they need to enter upon arrival and departure of storage entrance/exit. It is absolutely immaculate! There is no odor, no clutter/dirt of any kind and I have never seen any type of insect or critter. There is no way that water can get inside so I feel comfortable with my things in there. Very easy to access unit as it has a rope making it easier to pull down and secure. The staff are all very friendly and knowledgable. Also very kind, as I kind of got lost the first few times and they were nice enough to show me where to go. Once I found the correct entrance it was a piece of cake. Also, there is usually equipment by the entrances you can use to haul items from your car to your unit but someone was using them all to move when I was there. Oh, also restrooms throughout so no need to worry! Thank you for keeping my items safe and secure!

What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your contract at any time by contacting a SecureSpace team member at your location. If you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, the service will remain active until the end of the cycle, and no further charges will be made. We do ask that if you are moving out, you give us at least 10 days notice before the end of the current month's rental period, as stated in the rental agreement. For detailed information, please refer to our cancellation policy in your lease.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days if refunding to a credit card. If you are expecting a refund by check, please note that it may take up to three weeks to receive the check by mail. If you do not receive your refund within the expected period, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
