This was a very nicely kept building when I drove by and I expected prices to be high, but it was very reasonable. I called to ask a question and Will walked me through everything in minutes and helped me reserve a great deal of a rental for same day. Very smooth process and he was so helpful

I've been a customer at this location for years, and the facility and customer service have always been great. Recently I needed an additional unit, and because of how the online reservation and contract were set up, I hit a problem on moving day that I was sure couldn't be fixed. Anyone can give good service when everything goes smoothly. You find out what customer service really is when something unexpected happens. Assistant Store Manager Sylvia was outstanding. She took what I thought was an unfixable problem and left me in a better spot than when I started. Thank you, Sylvia and the SecureSpace Palm Harbor team. I'm glad to keep doing business here.
