Janelle provided friendly service, took us on a tour, and reviewed all of our options. She listened to our needs and helped us decide what unit to go with. We did encounter a gate code error over the holiday but were able to get a temp emergency code to use. The very next morning, Thomas, called me to apologize for any inconvenience and helped us reset our code. Keep up the amazing customer service!! The facility is so clean and perfect temperature!

What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your contract at any time by contacting a SecureSpace team member at your location. If you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, the service will remain active until the end of the cycle, and no further charges will be made. We do ask that if you are moving out, you give us at least 10 days notice before the end of the current month's rental period, as stated in the rental agreement. How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days if refunding to a credit card. If you are expecting a refund by check, please note that it may take up to three weeks to receive the check by mail. If you do not receive your refund within the expected period, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
