When I needed a storage unit in Palm Harbor, I was very impressed with Charles as he guided me through every detail of renting a unit. I was calling from another state and he took the time to explain everything to me several times. All my possessions were arriving on a truck ahead of me and Charles made me feel very confident that the movers had access to my temperature controlled storage. He was very polite and reassured me that their facility could make this storage happen, even without me being there. When I did finally arrive in Palm Harbor, I had the pleasure of meeting Charles and retrieving my keys to the unit. The facility is beautiful and Charles is a valuable asset to the company. Thank you Charles for going above and beyond to help me. I appreciate your time and concern to make sure that my possessions are safe and secure.
