I had a storage unit there for 2 years. I needed a larger unit at the beginning of this year. The agents, Amir and Norvia upgraded me and were very nice and courteous. The previous unit was already paid for for January, and the upgrade occurred on 1/6. I asked for a refund or at least prorate the refund for the older unit since I no longer have it. They said they can only do that on the first 3 days, but they will still ask the manager. Unfortunately, I guess it was not approved. A little disappointed, otherwise it would've been an all around great experience...

I have maintained a storage unit at this facility for approximately four years, and a second unit was acquired around six months ago. The facility, formerly Extra Space Storage, transitioned to Secure Space in November. The current staff consistently demonstrates exceptional professionalism. Recently, Amiri provided outstanding assistance during my visit to the office. His support significantly alleviated my stress, particularly as I had been abroad and missed several communications. During my two-month absence, I observed a notable improvement in the building's cleanliness. I have also witnessed Amiri diligently sweeping prior to her departure, a practice I first noticed upon the new management's arrival. Overall, my experience has been highly satisfactory. The only minor inconvenience is the absence of public restrooms; however, the office restroom is available during business hours. Alternatively, the nearest public restroom is located at Home Depot, which, while a slight inconvenience, is in close proximity.
