I had my unit from when the complex was Extra Space and now to Secure Space (May 2025-April 2026). I came in recently to move out of my unit and then close out my account. Norvia was so helpful and really wonderful with everything! I was expecting to pay for at least 1-2 days of rent for my unit but I wasn’t charged.
