I've had a unit for many years, and have recommened SecureSpace in the past and would recommend them in the future, for anyone who needs storage space. During my last visit to the office, I met Steven the district manager. He actually wanted to know my thoughts about the service I receive and the facility. Stacie and Tee in the office are always professional, friendly and a delight to work with. I can't say enough about their customer service skills. The building and grounds are clean. Security inside and outside the building seem to be at a high level. Its well lite, and has many security cameras. The air conditioning installed a few years ago is wonderful. Just think of moving on a 90+ degree day during a Maryland summer.

Ms. Stacey in the main office is such a sweetheart (she needs a raise 😄). I was only storing with them for a little under a month due to a lapse in leases but the customer service was nothing short of great. Great for long or short term leases and prices are great as well.

If you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, the service will remain active until the end of the cycle, and no further charges will be made. We do ask that if you are moving out, you give us at least 10 days notice before the end of the current month's rental period, as stated in the rental agreement. How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days if refunding to a credit card. If you are expecting a refund by check, please note that it may take up to three weeks to receive the check by mail.
