Fast and efficient! Stacy was incredibe, but I recommend coming early. I got there 30mins before closing, and she handled the two people ahead of me, plus 2 others after me, showed me my unit and had me back to my car in 45mins. I was impressed

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days if refunding to a credit card. If you are expecting a refund by check, please note that it may take up to three weeks to receive the check by mail.
