First impressions of this location and manager, Diana are great. Diana was super communicative in getting my lease started. She was also very helpful on move-in day. One minor issue was limited move-in, unloading spots (just 4) that are close to the doors - 2 at each door on the lower level. So on busy days, you may need to wait to get close in for unloading heavier items.

Renting a storage unit at SecureSpace self storage in Odenton was a seamless and pleasant experience, thanks to Diana's exceptional service. From the moment I walked in, Diana greeted me warmly and guided me through the rental process with kindness and professionalism. Communication with Diana was outstanding throughout. She ensured I understood all aspects of the rental agreement and answered all my questions promptly and thoroughly. The facility itself was impressively clean and well-maintained, providing a secure environment for my belongings. I was there for 5 months and on move out day, when I realized I had forgotten my keys, Diana promptly helped by cutting the lock free of charge, saving me time and hassle. Moreover, the pricing was reasonable and fit well within my budget, offering great value for the quality of service and facilities provided. Overall, I highly recommend this storage facility to anyone seeking storage solutions. Diana's exceptional customer service, coupled with a clean facility, competitive pricing, and excellent communication, made my experience truly outstanding.

It is clean, smells good, and is very picturesque. It is a new building, and it shows. And it is comfortably climate controlled unlike other lesser companies who take your money, but have you roasting in the summer, and freezing in the winter.

Working with this location was the most pleasant experience. The pricing is very fair as well. They don't have yet discounts for Military/First Responders/Nurses but the amazing manager did say that this is something that is being further discussed. Only complaint, which they are very aware of this, is that the storage lot for trailer parking has the spots facing in the wrong direction which made parking our camper extremely difficult and our spot having a curb across from our spot, when we go to leave it is most likely going to be very difficult to pull out of the exit gate. Only complaint at this time. Otherwise, very pleased to have gone with SecureSpace in Odenton and am also looking into transferring a storage unit from another company to this new location.

Diana was soo very pleasant to work with! I communicated with her that I wouldn’t be able to get there until just a few minutes before 6pm with getting off of work and traffic, she was still okay with seeing me to give me a tour! While there, she answered all of my questions, very knowledgeable and didn’t rush throughout the process even with it being closing time. Diana is so great to work with! Grounds, are very clean and well maintained, with great prices! 110% recommend!
