I have had to use a Storage Unit for 25 years straight. I’ve picked up and moved Many times over those years which means I’ve had to use many different companies. I decided to look into the Odenton secure storage facility due to pricing. I was able to easily reserve a unit online and at a two month discount being half off I decided to come in today to pay for it, even though my unit was reserved for tomorrow. I was About to walk into the facility and the facility actually called me to verify my reservation and we giggled as I was walking in the door as I was pretty much hanging up the phone with her, Stephanie was very knowledgeable about the facility, made All of the rules and protection policies and payment policies are very clear and while doing so was also a pleasure to interact with, she was filled with smiles giggles, and it was a pleasure to work with her. I declined to see the unit prior to paying as dealing with so many storage facilities, I knew I didn’t have to see it after I made the payment. She walked me to it and she had already that fast within Reserva it online in an hour had my welcome paper and my lock ready for me in my unit and I wasn’t even due till tomorrow. This was fast, easy and with the help of Stephanie an absolute Great experience

This afternoon I helped my daughter with her move from Maryland. She had a large amount of things stored at the Securespace in Odenton. Met my daughter’s movers at the facility. Stephanie was on duty. She runs a tight ship, office clean, organized and she was very helpful and professional. Heard her interact with others… very competent in every way. Couldn’t ask for better! I was impressed!

I recently had to rent a storage unit for a short notice move. SecureSpace was the best choice when it came to which storage company I should use. Their rates are some of the best in the area, and their customer service representative are very helpful. Both Diana and Stephanie helped me with every step of the way and couldn’t be more courteous. I would definitely recommend them if you’re in need of a good place to store your house hold goods.
