I could not be happier with the customer service provided in this establishment. A representative named Joseph was kind, patient and extremely helpful. I had a bit of a mix up with some paper work. Not only did this gentleman resend it to me but he also sat on the phone with me as I filled it out incase I had any issues. Customer service like this does not exist anymore. Highly recommend!

Would have definitely given a 5 star, sooooo close, but gosh the experience was just annoying, with the constant phone calls after making both my 1st and second reservations. 1st reservation was made for May 6th and someone called immediately to have me pay for my unit, because “We only have 1 more left” 🤣 I said okay, I was driving, and didn’t have time to get my information. Then I was was tired, busy, and hungry when 4 more phone calls, an email, and some text (all from Secure Space) came through with the same/similar message of “BLAH BLAH BLAH or you can’t move in” I called back and spoke with I believe Jackie and had her cancel my May 6th’s reservation so I’m not holding other patrons up. While looking at other companies, Secure space came up again on the site with the same specials, so I reserved it (again), this time for the 12th, then the calls started again… only this time I had a 220 pound dresser on a dolly loading it into the truck. I politely let the guy know I’m busy and asked them not call again. After settling down from such a long day of loading, I called the number back to ask if I could still move in? Is the unit still available, will you allow the move in after business hours. The guy, I believe Tony, said yes, but asked for my name (my 4th time speaking with him) and he said he wasn’t able to find any reservation for me and that without a reservation, I got the “YOU CAN’T MOVE IN” crap again. As I scroll through my emails looking for any confirmation, there was an option to make payment so I decided to pay and see if that helped generate a confirmation email. Tony asked for my name again, and I told him I just made the payment on the site, then he said “IF YOU PAID ON THE SITE, but not through me, “YOU CAT’T MOVE IN”. I said welp, you’ll have to cancel both my reservation & payment now, so I can go to Extra Space. He put me old hold and said my lease has been generated and to check my email for unit number and access code. Both were there and I moved in. From that point on, everything ran smoothly. I’ve never been a good target for mind games, sales techniques, nor manipulation. If those are/were the tactics these people were using via the statement “Blah Blah Blah, you can’t move in” just understand it’s unnecessary, at least in my experience. I appreciate the follow up call, text, and email, however multiple calls, texts, and emails weee excessive (for me). In the end, Tony was able to help me. The instructions for move in were clear. I had no trouble finding my unit, the property was clean, seemed safe and I was done shortly after 10 PM
