I have just did the reservation thing online and paid for my new unit which was super super super simple and easy to go thru, there's no problems I have come across so far everything's looking AMAZING! :) ILL LEAVE a 2nd review tho after I have moved in and experienced everything todY too for the 1st time here. I just got done leasing my storage unit the associate that helped me named Robin was absolutely awesome! And the office Managers,Scott and Ivi were unbelievably incredible also, everyone here is Very helpful, incredibly informative and thorough also unbelievably kind! I'm already loving this storage place. I made a reservation for a Tuesday to move into a unit. I paid for it but wanted to see where my unit would be so I went into the location on the Thursday before my Tuesday move in. I spoke with Ivi who was more then willing to show me the space as well as other notable things on the property. She even let me have access to my unit a few days earlier free of charge so I could get stuff moved over from my last storage. The staff is all super kind and friendly. The place is generally very clean. Bathrooms need extra attention most of the time but the fact that there are bathrooms is a plus. Love this place and highly recommend it.
