Overall a decent storage location with good prices. It was easy to move in. I took a star away because the elevators are a bit sketchy and a few times I was unsure if they were going to open. Carts are provided to move stuff in so I appreciated that.

I had to cancel and rebook a different sized storage unit because my belongings unfortunately did not fit in the original unit I reserved. During the process, I had the pleasure of speaking with a representative named Piwi, and he was incredibly helpful! Peewee assisted me with canceling my autopay and canceling my reservation at the facility, making the process so much easier. Thank you Piwi!!
