Clean units, reasonably priced and the workers there were very kind and helpful. Zion helped me when I needed to get rid of some items, brought me a cart and helped me load any trash I had. Overall great experience. Highly recommend

I've had good luck with this place. I've been storing stuff here in my dippy little 5x10 for over 15 years. Seen ALOT of changes. All for the better. They used to have canine security. :) Now its more more cameras and personal attention to detail. Michael and Zion have been very professional and good to work with. I've qualified for a discount once or twice over the years. My stuff is still there, I pay my bill every month. It's all good.

I just came here with my wife and we was welcomed by Zion, such a nice guy, he is a very polite person and very attentive, we had a nice chat. I was surprised that despite working alone, in such a large place he managed to helping customers who were out there, taken care of me and also gave assistance to the people who called the office, everything at same time. I got the storage unit and honestly he was one of the reasons for that, the service he provided me was outstanding!! Five stars for him.

What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your contract at any time by contacting a SecureSpace team member at your location. If you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, the service will remain active until the end of the cycle, and no further charges will be made. We do ask that if you are moving out, you give us at least 10 days notice before the end of the current month's rental period, as stated in the rental agreement. For detailed information, please refer to our cancellation policy in your lease.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days if refunding to a credit card. If you are expecting a refund by check, please note that it may take up to three weeks to receive the check by mail. If you do not receive your refund within the expected period, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
