Honestly, was a little peeved about the hours, but not gonna lie, C, really came through for me. From the phone call verifying that I was all set and being prepared with all the answers down to me arriving and he walked me to my unit which was fun cause we both got momentarily lost. He even grabbed me a hand cart, Most sweetest human I think I’ve ever met. Thank you C! You are such a sweet human and thank you for making me feel welcomed to a storage facility!

Excellent customer service with reserving by phone. Marvin was professional, kind, knowledgeable and sincere. I look forward to meeting him and moving in, the whole process on the phone was less than 15 minutes and ZERO pain! The documents were sent to email for ease and convenience with moving in. Gate and Unit access provided as well. Thank you so much!!

A system error on their end caused our account to be closed, but Lindsey jumped in, owned the problem, and got everything fixed fast.
