I was helped by Joan she was friendly. The facility is the cleanest facility I ever been to and I’ve rented at many facilities. I love that everything is on the first floor. There are also multiple doors for entry which is helpful when so many people are moving at once.

What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your contract at any time by contacting a SecureSpace team member at your location. If you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, the service will remain active until the end of the cycle, and no further charges will be made. We do ask that if you are moving out, you give us at least 10 days notice before the end of the current month's rental period, as stated in the rental agreement. For detailed information, please refer to our cancellation policy in your lease.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days if refunding to a credit card. If you are expecting a refund by check, please note that it may take up to three weeks to receive the check by mail. If you do not receive your refund within the expected period, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
