Laurie was extremely helpful and professional. Making my experience very favorable. I really love the facility and how organized it is. I am happy with my choice to use this service. It has made a sad time for me with a loss in the family much better for me. Aloha and Thank you Laurie Just heard Laurie is leaving as manager and if this is true I will move my storage with her. Hope they realize they are losing an amazing employee.

Laurie was so lovely to work with. I reserved a locker to see that day but when I went to see it, it was already taken. When she saw the disappointment she said I will have another one tomorrow and will call you once it is ready. I thought sure, that’s what they all say. But sure enough the next day she called and told me that it is ready and to be on the lookout online for it so when I saw it I rented the unit right away. When we came for the tour and pick up our lock, she was very helpful and knowledgeable. I have a rental elsewhere and they didn’t do that with me. I love her bubbly personality. I’m thinking I might move my other unit here, depending on price and size of unit, just because of Laurie. 😊 What I am told is reserving a unit doesn’t guarantee the unit. The only way to secure the unit is to rent it. But me losing out on the first unit was a blessing in disguise, because the unit I got was bigger so I was happy. Thank you Laurie you are a rockstar!!!!
