The entire process was smooth. You can book and pay to reserve your unit online. You don’t need to worry about buying a lock because they provide one. And checking in in person really simple as well. I just needed to show my id and I was able to move my stuff in. Overall great experience and it made moving way less stressful.

If you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, the service will remain active until the end of the cycle, and no further charges will be made. We do ask that if you are moving out, you give us at least 10 days notice before the end of the current month's rental period, as stated in the rental agreement.
