SecureSpace is pleased to announce the acquisition of a 3-acre site that is less than 2 miles from Rutgers University in Somerset, NJ. The complex transaction included a 15-month approval process and negotiations with three different ownership groups. The development will include a 4-story 155,000 GSF SecureSpace self-storage facility and a retail drive-through outparcel. The project commenced in June 2020 with an expected facility opening in Q3 of 2021.
