    I am a current tenant at Auburn Way Self Storage. I have rented several units here over the years. Navia is always so wonderful and accommodating. Willing to take the time to answer any questions I have. Yesterday I came in with my brother who needed a unit. He suffered multiple heart attacks and a stroke in 2024. Cognitively he is slower than he use to be. Navia took the time to walk him through the entire process and answer any questions he had.     The world needs more people like the Store Manager, Navia. She is incredible. Kind, welcoming, knowledgeable, patient and does a great job listening to and understanding the storage needs of her customers. She showed me a few different storage units and clearly explained pricing and any related fees. The complex is clean, has security cameras and a secure gated entrance.

    My wife and I needed somewhere to keep our stuff while house hunting. We originally chose this place because the units were accessible until 11PM every night and the only free time I had during the move was late in the evening. Every time I was able to drop boxes off after dinner or grab something out of a box before bed, I was thankful that we did. Also, every time I needed to talk to the staff, from move in to move out, they were exceptionally pleasant and easy to work with. Overall, they made keeping our stuff stored safely the least stressful part of a relatively stressful move and for that I will always be grateful.

    It was actually my mother who startes out renting here... just a small indoor spot. We went through the fire, and the rebuild... plenty of different managers along the way. Even when my mom passed... no compassion from management at the time. She had enough belongings, we just switched it oved to me. That manager still didn't care... I was just a number... just a space filled and income coming in. I knew I probably should have left then... but now, I am glad I stuck it out. I talked my partner into renting a space there.. that was oved 10 years ago. We did combine our spaces... into 1 big one. I srill remember at one point telling the manager- now mind you this was about 10 years ago... there appeared to be baby crickets or something going in and out, under our door. She said oh.. it's nothing, but we will put some glue traps just inside the door. Well, let me tell you... Life happened... and for almost 10 years we paid rent, but didn't really make it down there for a while. And a lot happened... Due to door seals not being changed, there was water damage. Any manager could have contacted us and asked that we come down and open the door so they could change the seal... but they never did! Our lock was froze shut, but Navia came out and cut it for us... she also helped us get it open, because with that damage some stuff shifted. That is when we saw... first the original glue pads the other managers put in... then the tunnels made through our boxes by the rats that ran rampant through our unit. Right then and there, Navia stepped up...she offered gloves, trash bags and bleach wipes so we could shift and seperate what was needed... as to what might have a chance of being kept. She even found another unit that was open and available just a couple doors down, so as we went through everything, we had a clean place to put what we were able to keep. She constantly came by to check on us and make sure we were ok. Found out, that when she found out the type of rats they were, and that the trees were giving them access, she went around and had all the trees cut back so there was no access that way. With having been at this place for many years... and many managers, Navia is the one I see making the most positive changes to this site. And she is who and what will keep people renting there!!!!!!!!

    I have rented from this place for several years... I have been there through several managers... all, except one... did nothing but collect a paycheck. They did nothing about break-ins... They did nothing about door seals... so items ended up water damaged... when other renters were found to be storing Dog food... they told them to get rid of it... fined them, but let them stay... even though that was one of the times rats were found. Navia has been working harder than any of the other previous managers. She knows her stuff. She has nsvsr been rude, snarky, or anything but nice, and professional to myself and anyone else I have seen her interact with. She found one of the rodents dead, and had it tested to find out what type it was, so she could truly fight it and get rid of it... not just sweep it up and throw it away. She went and had all the trees cut away from the buildings, because they were found to be roof rats. While I have been going throught my unit, finding rats and bugs, as well as water damage, she has consistently checked on me, and made sure I had what I needed. Even the correct info for the insurance company... which, BY THE WAY... Navia has nothing to do with... it is all corporare decisions as to who to go through, and then the insurance company sets any caps on what is awarded. Trust me... NAVIA, is actually the one person who is keeping me at that facility, and the reason I have been spreading the word to people I know that if they need a storage place go to her... SHE IS AWESOME!!!!

    Ive had a great experience with the manager naviah she's very professional and informative she does a great job keeping the property looking nice clean and she's done a outstanding job with getting rid of all the riff Raff hanging around and I feel much safer on the property at night . If residents would read there lease they would no that there not allowed to store food and the reason there's rats is because people aren't following the rules and it's not managements fault because I always see naviah outside walking the grounds cleaning up after residents who leave trash and debris and she's done a great job the property is much better since shes taken over and much safer so if u want the pest problem to disappear then take responsibility and get rid of all the food and junk ur storing that attracts rodents ...it's just that simple

    I've been extremely happy with the way navia has cleaned up the property and has gotten rid of a lot of the riff Raff people hanging around.I like the fact that she's actually walking the property and doing her job and shes very professional and friendly inside the office as well .anytime I had a concern or problem she handled it immediately .
