Who do I contact if there is an issue in my unit?
Triggered motion events will send you a text alert, which you can respond to directly.
Can I take the Motion Guard device out of my unit?
No, the Motion Guard device will not work if you remove it from the unit.
What if I don't want the Motion Guard device anymore but want to keep my storage unit?
You can speak with the Store Manager to stop your Motion Guard service while keeping your storage unit.
Do I need an app to monitor?
No, the motion alerts will be sent via standard text message, no app needed.
