This storage place is so nice. And I know my stuff there is safe. Will and Auldren at the front desk are so helpful. I've needed help a few times and it's always Auldren who has been so helpful and knowledgeable all 3 times. He helped me before it was secure space and even though secure space is the new owner he already knows the new policies. And has thought me what's allowed or not. I've never had any problems here. And the staff or customer service after hours is always reachable and willing to help you. Thank y'all for being so awesome and a safe place to store my things!

William Sparks: A+ customer service. SecureSpace: A . The only reason it’s not A+ is that entering a code each time you go in & out is a hassle. Maybe better to have it on a timer? On William: he was quick, friendly and helpful while setting us up with our storage unit. We came in at the lunch hour, he was the only one working. It suddenly became quite busy with several customer’s needing attention. He stayed calm, juggled everyone simultaneously and finished our contract — all with a smile.
