This is strictly for the reservation process as I haven't moved in/ met anyone yet! Will update accordingly as needed. To start, reserving was super easy. Literally found an ideal unit size and then used their image generator to display the size unit in need with items stored. The visual was sooo needed!!!! So useful! As soon as I reserved the unit, maybe 20 seconds later I miss a call from someone named Hassan letting me know they would be closed tomorrow and that I needed to do the lease today in person or online today which I was luckily doing when I missed the call. Fire averted and it was able to book it and verify my identity within like.. 5-10 minutes max and that's just because I actually ready the contract lol! So easy and useful especially during something as stressful as moving 🙌🏼🙏🏼
