The customer service I recieved was great. I was treated kindly and respectfully. Also the representative was very knowledgeable of what he can do. When I said my key was not working and I new it was the right key. He did not brush me off, he said let me try, sometimes these locks are little tricky. His name was Hans, I hope I spelled his name correctly. Also I witnessed him speaking to a tenant that parked in area that was marked, no parking and it made it difficult for others to get by. He was very respectful to let them know this is wrong and it is clearly marked. I appreciated that.

Management of this location is very easy to work with. When I switched units they made the process very simple. Security at this location is excellent and I never felt unsafe or fearful of my belongings. Auto payment process worked every month with an advance notice as a reminder. Overall I would use this facility in the future.

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days if refunding to a credit card.
