The moment I pulled up, at the Storage site, I thought it was very clean and like what I saw and speaking to Shaylynn the day before help getting things going in the moment the place open at 9:30 I was greeted by Joe and another jet Gentlemen, which I don’t know his name But Joe was very friendly professional And made the process very easy and answering all my questions and I thank Joe for that I’m very blessed to get this outside unit and that was very close the moment I entered the gate And I just want to say thank you Joe and all your staff for making

If you’re looking for a storage facility that actually delivers on its promises, this is the place. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this facility is well-maintained, well-managed, and genuinely focused on keeping your belongings safe. The staff here is easily the best part of the experience. They’re knowledgeable, helpful, and go out of their way to make sure you get exactly what you need. I had a few questions about unit sizes and pricing, and they took the time to explain everything without any pressure or upselling. It’s rare to find customer service this solid these days, and it made the whole process smooth and stress-free. As for security, they take it seriously. Between the gated entry, cameras, and clean, well-lit grounds, I felt completely comfortable leaving my items here. It’s clear that this isn’t one of those rundown, forgotten storage places—everything is in great condition, and it shows. The units themselves are clean, easily accessible, and available in a range of sizes. I had no issues getting in and out, and the whole experience was hassle-free from start to finish. Overall, SecureSpace lives up to its name. It’s safe, well-run, and backed by a team that actually cares about its customers. If you need a storage solution, I’d absolutely recommend them.

If you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, the service will remain active until the end of the cycle, and no further charges will be made. We do ask that if you are moving out, you give us at least 10 days notice before the end of the current month's rental period, as stated in the rental agreement. How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days if refunding to a credit card. If you are expecting a refund by check, please note that it may take up to three weeks to receive the check by mail.
