I needed a storage room ASAP. And I hopped online and I was about to pay for my reservation. Next thing you know a representative (Will) called to let me know the office was closed since it was a Saturday and I would have to wait till Monday to actually get my locker. Will treated me really well. He was professional and walked me through all the steps so that I could access a locker that would be available to me without the need of getting help from someone at the office. Even after we ended our call, I was able to call him once I was at the location because I had a few questions. He patiently answered my questions and made me feel comfortable enough to call again I if I needed any further support. Overall, I had a great experience with the set up and I was very grateful for how smooth it was.

THIS IS AN AMENDMENT: Mandy is the employee's name, not Wendy. I have been very pleased with Mandy and Linda at the Secure Storage facility I have been renting from. They have been extremely helpful any situation that arise. Mandy was most helpful when it came time for me to downsize. She got me checked out of the old unit and checked into the new, expediently. My thanks to both ladies.
