Moved in on a Saturday afternoon. Store manager Mike was super helpful showing me where to best park and unload. He helped me when I lost my access code. Facility is nice and clean and felt very safe. Very happy!

Michael assisted me and my mom with signing up today. He was very informative and ready to answer our questions. Only problem here in the w. 220th office is that there were no chairs to accommodate the customers so my mom who’s a senior had to stand and wait for the lease to be completed.

What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your contract at any time by contacting a SecureSpace team member at your location. If you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, the service will remain active until the end of the cycle, and no further charges will be made. We do ask that if you are moving out, you give us at least 10 days notice before the end of the current month's rental period, as stated in the rental agreement. For detailed information, please refer to our cancellation policy in your lease.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days if refunding to a credit card. If you are expecting a refund by check, please note that it may take up to three weeks to receive the check by mail. If you do not receive your refund within the expected period, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
