This place was a life saver at 5pm on a Sunday. I needed to store some things last minute, and everywhere else was closed. But this place efficiently rented me a unit over the phone, and the agent was helpful and friendly. I had until 10pm to access the unit, open later than most other facilities in the area, which gave me enough time to get 2 car trips of stuff into storage. Plus the rate for the first 2 months is extremely competitive, one of the cheapest in LA county actually, which is half off the regular price of $89 for a 10’x 5’ unit, which came out to $60 total for the first month, including all fees.

Loved how clean and well lit this facility is. Starting price was very reasonable with their 1/2 off move in special, but read the contract carefully as the price doubles after the first 3 months! I was shocked, I normally read everything and just couldn't when I moved in. The staff was awesome, there is a toilet available, super secure. I would have stayed, but I just couldn't keep up the payments.

What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your contract at any time by contacting a SecureSpace team member at your location. If you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, the service will remain active until the end of the cycle, and no further charges will be made. We do ask that if you are moving out, you give us at least 10 days notice before the end of the current month's rental period, as stated in the rental agreement. How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days if refunding to a credit card. If you are expecting a refund by check, please note that it may take up to three weeks to receive the check by mail.
