Today I had a pretty good experience with this place..... I went to buy the unit online last night but before I could put in the card information I'd received a call from Marvin regarding the unit, and he was so helpful. He processed my payment and also answer any questions that I had about the facility and left me feeling really at ease. I should have the next day and it looks like a big brand new Warehouse type building. Super clean super bright inside, extremely secure. My unit ended up being the way in the back but that wasn't even an inconvenience because they have a bunch of cars that made it super easy to lug all of my stuff up there. The only reason this place gets four stars and not five is because they have these EV chargers in the parking lot which I thought "oh how convenient my car is at 40%" but it was like plugging your phone in with a really old charger block and a cord that is y Tearing apart. It was tricky to get the charger to start working but then once it did in my car said that it was charging for about 10 minutes before it just randomly stopped and the rate that it was charging at was like 4kwh 😑. It's only 6 cents a minute so I guess I spent ¢60 for my car to stay at the same battery level 🫣 I'm just saying if you're going to have Evie chargers can you at least make it be EV chargers that work or are going to charge your car a significant enough amount for it to be worth it to plug it in while you're there? I know not everywhere can have the level 3 fast charger but at least a level 2 plug would be nice. I don't understand what the point of putting in a charger is if you can't actually charge your car there it's kind of uncool to act like oh here we got a plug charge your car and then you can't really actually charge there it's like just don't have a charger if that's the deal you know?
