I’ve had to call and handle things with my account and Helen was understanding, communicative and helpful! I highly recommend this business. Great customer service and the monthly rent is fair and more budget friendly than the big name storage facilities.

The ladies at the storage facility were friendly and knowledgeable. They also took care of everything quickly. I also admired their packing boxes that look like storage chests! Don't be fooled like I was by the lack of signage while they are remodeling. Its a great storage facility!

I have rented a storage unit at this location for approximately 6 years. Upon my initial search for a storage unit in the Clearwater area, I found this facility to be in a secure and convenient location. It appeared they offered reasonable prices and the property seemed well maintained. The biggest and deciding factor in my decision to lease at this facility, was the service and professionalism shown by Helen - the property manager who assisted me that initial day. My interaction with her gave me confidence that the property was well managed.
I immediately sensed trust in Helen. Since then I have always found her to be honest and dependable. She has done a fantastic job and has consistently taken care of us (my wife and I). I have had no issues at this facility and am very satisfied with the property and how it has been managed.

Super kind, quick, and amazingly efficient! Rodney made sure to go over all of the sizes and showed us several until we found the perfect one for our needs. There was no question he didn't go over before we xbox even ask. You won't find a better place of people and knowledge to fit your needs!

What can I not say about this place. I have used this facility for a number of years and I cannot say enough about Helen. I remembered going into the office one day and said to her I don’t think the space I had is right for me, right away she got up, came to look at my current unit and contents and said to me I know the exact unit for you. I was able to store all my belongings comfortably and pay the best price for me. Helen is wonderful, courteous and very professional. 🙏

Mike was extremely helpful and the process was super easy. My unit was clean dry and climate controlled. Price was better than those i compared and access was a breeze. Good location, great service, no problems!

Getting help with storage at the Clearwater, Florida office was a great experience. Mike is a great host, professional and cordial. The unit I signed up for was free of any debris. Getting into and out of this location is so very easy regardless of truck size.

They offer great customer service, will handle any issues or questions you have and will treat you like family. Been there, store there, referred many happy customers there. I have been doing business with Whitney Storage for 22 years. Since we are in the moving industry we refer a lot of customers to Whitney/now Secure Storage.. Our customers all tell us how satisfied they are with the Manager Mike Ott and Helen. They always provide them with excellent customer service! Also, the easy access in and out of the facility as well as the tall ceilings in the units make it an easy choice for any customer.

Tenants can feel comfortable with the new company that bought Whitney Storage since Helen and Mike have continued their employment there. Secure Space made a good decision to keep them on since the tenants know and trust them with their business. No one knows that place better then Mike, he's given over 22 years of service to it and has treated his customer's well. You won't be disappointed renting storage space here, it's a great place!!!

Place is clean and safe! Pay attention to the customers needs. Staff regularly checks integrity of your locking process to ensure the safe keeping of your belongings. If they find that you did not lock your unit appropriately, they contact you directly to notify you. They have helped me twice in my 2 years there and I greatly appreciated it.

I needed a place to store my boat and 5x5 at the last minute. I was shown the spaces and it was pouring rain and they still went out and showed me it, with no problem!!!! the place indoor and outdoor are immaculately clean and well lit. I would recommend it to all my friends and family.

Owner was extremely friendly, he got me a storage unit in a very short time and was very helpful and accommodating. Even better, their prices are 10-20% cheaper than other places, and the property is very secure, updated, safe and easy to navigate. I got a fixed two year rate (other places might try to raise your rate over time) and a really huge storage unit for a low monthly rate, with no deposit! The fantastic service made my moving experience so much easier! Highly recommended!
