  Helen was awesome! We called on Friday inquiring about availability for a parking spot for our 5th Wheel RV and she was very helpful and professional and explained all the documents that were required so we could be prepared. It was a very smooth experience thanks to Helen’s attention to detail.

  As the year closes, I think Hellen deserves a 5 star rating. I have been at this facility for about 21 years and have had one particular unit for 16 plus years. When Hellen started she was an assistant to Mike who at the time was the manager for Whitney 19 storage. When the facility got sold to the current owner there was a fear that the customer / staff relationship was going to transition from a family friendly to a corporate cold environment. Hellen has done everything within her power to prevent that from completely happening and keep it balanced. She has kept the operation running smoothly during the property upgrades, always with a smile on her face and a cheerful hello. She went above and beyond, when balancing facility access and property security, when the gates and access codes failed, which was a first in 21 years, not a fault if hers. I've witnessed her keep cool, while addressing upset tenants, with apologies while bearing the weight of the inconvenience on her shoulders. I'm sure she doesn't get compensated enough for her professionalism and the hat she wears while keeping the Clearwater Secure space Storage facility running smooth. Kudos to you Hellen!

  Helen and Joseph are excellent managers, space is secure and spotless. I'm definitely glad I rented my space there. ETA - editing to add that I ended up keeping household goods safe during probate and eventually sold/disposed of all items. If you are in such a situation and need help from out of town you will be happy to find Helen. Very easy to work with and it’s a very nice property. Thanks again!
