Staff was great , price was good . Excellent customer service . When I try to get in the gate my 1st time there was something wrong saying denied access . Had to call customer service to get a temp key for the day. They did follow up after to let me know there was a glitch in there system and should be working now. I havnt gone back yet and will see. The only thing that I did not like is that there was 2 carts available and both has broken wheels, bummer due to the tools I had to haul to my storage . I let them know and hope they can replace it ASAP. That was the only inconvenience for me . Other than that hope they can replace it asap. Other then that I had a good experience.

I own my own business and I need tools on the go. Secure Space Mililani is very convenient for me to pick up and drop off tools before and after work because of their hours. I’ve used them in the past when I moved and my favorite part about it here is the climate control. Very cool for a storage place, it doesn’t feel like work, not to mention no matter which building my locker was located it was less than my driveway. I highly recommend the Mililani Secure Space Self Storage where they’ve been friendly and willing to help make it all easier. Mahalo Secure Space! We look forward to the next time!!!
