It’s wild how easy it was to get set up with storage at the Mililani location - Marvin helped me out a lot! I entered my info online and right before paying, I had a question about the 50% promotion so I called the number listed on Google Maps, and Marvin answered. He was able to answer my question and helped me finalize the set up. Within the hour, the team had placed a lock for me in the new unit and I was able to move my stuff in that night without ever having to talk to anyone (other than Marvin during setup). The facility is super clean and modern feeling and definitely has been the easiest storage experience I’ve had.
