Thank you, Jayna, for showing me around the facility, I haven't been here for a long while and the way the place was being maintained is the reason I took my business elsewhere. Its cleanliness is top notch. They have the cleanest bathrooms that I've ever seen! I had to tell her right there and then about the bathrooms because so many other places don't know how to take care of their place. The freight elevator is a great feature for bulky items as well. The new management here was a great addition to this place!

What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your contract at any time by contacting a SecureSpace team member at your location. If you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, the service will remain active until the end of the cycle, and no further charges will be made. We do ask that if you are moving out, you give us at least 10 days notice before the end of the current month's rental period, as stated in the rental agreement. For detailed information, please refer to our cancellation policy in your lease.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days if refunding to a credit card. If you are expecting a refund by check, please note that it may take up to three weeks to receive the check by mail. If you do not receive your refund within the expected period, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
