Our visit today was very pleasant. Jayne showed us the units we wanted to look at and more! She is very knowledgeable in all she did and was very professional. Also Tammy was nice to us with friendly smile :) We love the units we live, very clean but also very convenient to get to. The office smells so good and the storage has awesome hours and 24-7 service!!! You are Awesome!!! Thank you:)

Top notch in hospitality, Jayna was very welcoming & helpful. She immediately greeted me as soon as I came in & showed me to the units that I was interested in. With all the questions that I had for her, Jayna was very informative & straight to the point. She even suggested a better deal although it was not at the Waipahu site she suggested something that would fit my needs even better. SecureSpace way to keep the aloha. 10/10 Definitely would recommend

I reserved my unit online which saved me a lot of time. The price was much less than I expected to pay. When I got there I had trouble finding my unit, but the person in the office was very helpful. Overall a great experience

I would give 10 stars if it’ll let me! Jayna’s customer service is amazing, she’s very helpful and extremely mindful of your needs. If you need help, or don’t know what to get, Jayna will be on it to assure the space fits your needs. At first I wasn’t sure how much a unit could hold until after speaking with Jayna, she helped me grasp an idea of what I needed, and the idea of the outcome. Thank you to Jayna at Securespace for their phenomenal service.

What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your contract at any time by contacting a SecureSpace team member at your location. If you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, the service will remain active until the end of the cycle, and no further charges will be made. We do ask that if you are moving out, you give us at least 10 days notice before the end of the current month's rental period, as stated in the rental agreement. For detailed information, please refer to our cancellation policy in your lease.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days if refunding to a credit card. If you are expecting a refund by check, please note that it may take up to three weeks to receive the check by mail. If you do not receive your refund within the expected period, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
