It's a pretty cool space in the new ownership is not bad. Only reason that I'm giving it four stars instead of five is that I do not like the access hours. They got nerfed hard. I liked being able to use things for gig and then bring them straight back in the late at night.

Kelvin was very polite and professional. He was also very knowledgeable and helpful during the process of obtaining a unit. He was also very transparent about deals, rates, insurance (tenant protection plans). I’d recommend others to rent a storage and handle business with Kelvin.

How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days if refunding to a credit card. If you are expecting a refund by check, please note that it may take up to three weeks to receive the check by mail.
