The unit was exactly as described, and the cancellation process was fairly simple BUT the change in cost after only A few months was alarming. I only needed the unit for a few months between moving houses. I got a 10x12, climate controlled, 1st floor unit and at first my price in march of 2025 was discounted since I was a new customer, about $55/month, then in June 2024 it increased to the normal cost of about $92 (including monthly insurance). But after 2 months at normal pricing it sky rocketed to $156 a month!! That's over $60/month more for the exact same unit. Knowing this I would hesitate to return if I knew I needed a unit long term. Otherwise the location and unit satisfied my needs. **Ava did a great job and helped me cancel over the phone when I finished needing the unit and provided me with the email address needed to submit my written notice. She was very kind and made sure to answer my questions

The storage unit was great. It felt very safe and secure. You had to put your password when you wanted to get into the gate into the area then one to get into the building if you where in the building temperature stayed cool during the summer and it was cold during the winter. You did need a jacket but it was nice to know our stuff was taken care of All the employees were really nice when we had to talk to them it was nice when you entered the building there were normally carts to help get your stuff to your unit. The aisles were wide enough to get things down the aisle to your unit The only downfall and I understand why they do. This was the price in the beginning. We had a really decent price and then it goes up every year not much at all I understand that. That's how it works but their prices were very fair for what you were getting comparable to any other storage unit. This one is top notch. Very happy with it
