Raylene was very helpful and informative concerning the entire rental process. The storage building and unit was clean; the loading dock was large and covered; dollys were available for moving heavy items; the elevator and automatic lighting worked very well; the bathrooms were clean. I recommend bringing your own trash bag since the only trash cans I saw were in the bathroom.

Awesome place, great experience, friendly employees, all of that, yes. If I may tho offer a suggestion into the "suggestion box", if you will, to the big decision guys there at All Storage: This is a HUGE storage facility, and I learned on moving day that there's only 2.... (Only TWO?) rolling carts for use in all the multi level indoor units. So of course they were in use. And the indoor climate controlled units exist in a labyrinth of hallways .... on 3 seperate floors...in 2 seperate wings! . Moving all the furniture that fills a 2 bedroom apt without a cart from the car to our unit was pretty brutal. (Cue drama queen 👑) You guys could should have 2 carts for each floor on each wing, or maybe at least 3 carts for each wing.... I dunno, I'm just spit balling here - you guys get paid the big bucks, I'm sure y'all can come up with a logical cart-to-unit ratio. Ok rant over. Thank you

I've been using All Storage near Chisolm for three months during my moves. I initially chose this location because of its convenient location and positive reviews to store my belongings until I found a more permanent solution. After about a month, I had to relocate again—to Arlington—and still needed storage. I checked out other facilities closer to my new place but wasn't impressed with the options. Although All Storage Chisolm is farther for me, I decided to keep my unit here. The facility is clean, I feel safe, and my belongings are secure. I love that my unit is in the drive-thru building—it’s easy to access by parking close to my corridor, with the elevator right there. There are usually two flatbed dollies available to make loading and unloading easier. The cost for what I get is unbeatable. I couldn't find similar storage in Arlington, and moving everything again would be a hassle. I'm very happy with this location for my storage needs.
