Absolutely amazing counter staff!! They were extremely accommodating. Walked through their process and showed me the unit! If I needed a place to store my things this would be the first place to choose. Prices are great and the staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly!! Amazing job! People also have to remember that sometimes there's only one guy at the counter and he has to leave to help another customer out and their facility is big! So if it's locked and they aren't ain there just wait a little bit! Grade A++!!!

I’ve worked with a lot of storage facilities over the last 7 years and Troy’s customer service was hands down some of the best I’ve experienced. The process got confusing since the unit was for an employee, but he walked me through everything without any stress and kept a great attitude throughout. Way better than what I’m used to. Big shoutout to Troy.

This location was by far the best experience I've ever had dealing with a storage company The employees go out of their way to help you work with you update you and under the kindness of their hearts would bring cold bottles of water around during the summer if you're at your storage unit they definitely go above and beyond
