I had Tina helping me and she was very new. She was very helpful explaining the charges. She was also very kind and very patient with me in signing so many pages. Afterwards see was to do a walk though of the unit but 4 other families had shown up and she was instantly very busy by herself. So I told her we could do the walk though the next visit and she kindy appreciated my waiting. I've had a few storage companies in the past and she was by far one of the best I have dealt with. So ask for Tina she won't disappoint or let you down !! I've dealt with her a few more times after and she is always kind and respectful of my needs and put my unit in her care and finds the right answer always. Tell her Ronna refered you!!!
