Barbie is an amazing women. She was very helpful and pleasant. U don't see people like that at most storage facilities. So far I like the facility. Minus the 9pm curfew. Storage facilities should stay open until at least 10pm for those of us that get off wrk late. But other then that I like secure space. Thank u Barbie for being u. 🙂

Once you are scared by storage prices you become highly motivated for f7nding the best value. If you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, the service will remain active until the end of the cycle, and no further charges will be made. We do ask that if you are moving out, you give us at least 10 days notice before the end of the current month's rental period, as stated in the rental agreement. How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days if refunding to a credit card. If you are expecting a refund by check, please note that it may take up to three weeks to receive the check by mail. If you do not receive your refund within the expected period, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
