Trinity was very knowledgeable on the units of this location and immediately knew where to help us out, super friendly, honest, and quickly set us up right away. It’s a bonus she’s from Cali like me so awesomeness ! Great customer service overall ⭐️ The place itself was clean and like the extra security of the new units. Makes me feel like my stuff is just a little bit more safer. Pricing was fair and perfectly in my budget.

I needed to rent a space to store things for a few months. I had rented from SecureSpace a few years ago and had great service. Once again I was treated well by staff on site an on the phone. Given good detailed information about the storage facility when I signed up and again had a great experience. Secure, well lit, clean and easy access facility with great staff!

After scrolling up and down looking for a secure storage, I decided to give a try to secure storage after having a bad experience with another storage.I met a sweet and patient young lady by the name Tamara, who took her time to show me the unit I was looking for. She went above and beyond to help me sign up for one of their units in Tacoma which was near me. Thank you so much Tamara . BTW the place is so clean.I recommend.

I don't know where Danielle went I asked and I told you to get a promotion but I told she's coming back if she's not I'd like to know that location that way I can relocate myself experience I had with her was exceptionally rare and would love to continue being on the same properties

What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your contract at any time by contacting a SecureSpace team member at your location. If you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, the service will remain active until the end of the cycle, and no further charges will be made. We do ask that if you are moving out, you give us at least 10 days notice before the end of the current month's rental period, as stated in the rental agreement. For detailed information, please refer to our cancellation policy in your lease.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days if refunding to a credit card. If you are expecting a refund by check, please note that it may take up to three weeks to receive the check by mail. If you do not receive your refund within the expected period, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
