I went on February 14th and my time was limited. I had less than 1 hour before closing & the sweet lady TAMARA! She was SO HELPFUL & PATIENT though she had customers coming in and out of the main office asking questions and needing help. She helped me get a storage unit within minutes & allowed me to place everything inside before closing time & I just want to thank you. She made my experience so much better. I was having a horrible day & the fact I was able to do that & complete it made me feel so much better. Thank you.

What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your contract at any time by contacting a SecureSpace team member at your location. If you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, the service will remain active until the end of the cycle, and no further charges will be made. We do ask that if you are moving out, you give us at least 10 days notice before the end of the current month's rental period, as stated in the rental agreement. For detailed information, please refer to our cancellation policy in your lease.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days if refunding to a credit card. If you are expecting a refund by check, please note that it may take up to three weeks to receive the check by mail. If you do not receive your refund within the expected period, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
